MANILA, Philippines - Sen. Panfilo Lacson plans to provide Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon with "damning" proof against "rotten fruits" in the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

"Godspeed, Sec[retary]. Vince Dizon.... My office will provide you with damning evidence against some 'low hanging rotten fruits' but will instill fear so that others will think twice before following their bad examples," Lacson said in a post on X on Saturday.

He added, "And yes, I understand that your public service comes first and family, second. But, maybe you can consider your barber as third or fourth priority. Levity aside, mind your health."
